Therapeutic Soft Yoga
This workshop is perfect for people who are new to the wonderful world of Yoga or for some reason cannot participate in a traditional yoga classes. Regardless of your height, age, weight or fitness level, Therapeutic Soft Yoga is a gentle approach to practicing traditional yoga postures. During this class you will learn how to synchronize breath and movement through a series of poses. A class suited everyone, soft yoga promotes relaxation, to help you better manage and control the stress and tension in your daily life.
